Its important to divert water away from the foundation. French drains work great for that!

For this project we used douglas fir burned and treated for the decking, and Wild Hog deck railing panels.

In gutter cleaning jobs its important to use the right ladders to avoid damaging the gutters!

A high pressured roof cleaner works great for removing the algae on roofs!

Older manufactured homes typically have an aluminum metal skin,which is installed over rafters leaving no deck to attach the new roof. We overcome this problem by installing rigid insulation spaced with purlins attached to the rafters. We then do a lay of ice and water shield before installing the snap lock metal roof. Metal is an excellent choice for this type of application because it is lightweight,durable and works well on low slopes!

On this roof we used a 16" Armortech standing seam snap lock panel. The owner had us return to install some pipe jacks.
