Rough cut timber and stain makes for a good awning! Also some decorative metal work. Gazebo's are great for outdoor rooms such as spaces for barbequing and food prep. Also a good place for a spa!
Corrugated metal makes nice soffit material!
Its way better to catch the debris before it hits the ground. Our equipter works great for doing that!
A high pressured roof cleaner works great for removing the algae on roofs!
Older manufactured homes typically have an aluminum metal skin,which is installed over rafters leaving no deck to attach the new roof. We overcome this problem by installing rigid insulation spaced with purlins attached to the rafters. We then do a lay of ice and water shield before installing the snap lock metal roof. Metal is an excellent choice for this type of application because it is lightweight,durable and works well on low slopes!
On this roof we used a 16" Armortech standing seam snap lock panel. The owner had us return to install some pipe jacks.
Pabco Premier makes an excellent choice for a durable shingle. We also used the omni ridge vent for superior venting!
We used the Owens Corning Duration shingle with a 6 nail pattern for high wind resistance on this job located on the coast. Owens Corning shingles also come with the sure nail strip which gives it great durability for high winds.Also use Rhino Roof Underlayment in the field and ice and water shield on the eaves. The job had some 8/12 pitch sections which made our pitch hopper indispensable!
Henry roof coating products are excellent for flat roofs and durability.
On this project we used the Armortech GR-7 panel for the siding and a PBR panel for the skirting. The customer chose a two tone look for the trim and panels. We used Milgard windows and commercial steel doors for the openings. Great for a maintenance free option!
